I cannot rave about the groomer Jill enough, absolutely fabulous!! I have an ausshole (ifykyk) who is very stubborn, nippy, and anxious. She has been turned away by three groomers in the past but Jill was able to get the job done first visit. During our consultation Jill’s energy was calm and confident which is very important for my dog. She made me feel involved in the decision making while also providing beneficial suggestions. She took it slow and step by step with my dog. Her patience was unmatched!! She gave me lots of updates which I appreciated and explained what she was doing and why. She really focused on building a trusting relationship with my dog rather than just getting the money and forcing a full groom. She really is there for your pup🩷 On top of her being such a great person my dog looked and felt amazing. She has a thick undercoat and Jill was able to get rid of all that heavy undercoat and make her shine. I was able to fully run my hands through my dog’s hair. All matting was removed without the need of a scary razor. I will 100% be back and cannot thank Jill enough for her kindness and awesome grooming skills:) This review does not do her justice she is so so good!

The staff is amazing. And they are always fully stocked on healthy food and treats for your dogs
